Determining the ideal positioning for the portable restroom trailer is pivotal prior to its delivery. Numerous factors warrant consideration before installation commences. Paramount among these is the selection of an appropriate parking location for the restroom trailer, given its immovable nature once set in place. The designated area ought to boast a level, cemented, or suitably compacted surface, with the capacity to bear a load of up to 20,000 pounds. Driveways typically offer a reliable option in this regard.
Secondary considerations encompass the proximity to power and water sources. It is imperative that the restroom trailer be parked within a maximum distance of 100 feet from these essential utilities. A dedicated 30-amp service is indispensable to ensure sufficient power for the trailer's heating/cooling system and lighting. Restricting the electricity and water runs to 100 feet guarantees seamless functionality throughout the duration of the rental period.
Moreover, attention to aesthetic placement is indispensable. Careful selection of the restroom trailer's position is imperative to prevent it from becoming an undesirable backdrop in event photos or impeding the flow of activities. Opt for a location that facilitates easy accessibility while maintaining discretion and staying clear of the primary event area. Irrespective of placement, it is essential to ensure ample space for maneuvering a truck during both the delivery and pickup phases.
